At this point in the evening my taste for Bloody Marys was getting thin, but not wanting to waste the opportunity to do another review, I bought one for the group to share. Unfortunately for us, we probably should have called it a night on the Bloody Marys...
The bar itself is huge. High ceilings, and a ton of room to move around. The place was filled with plenty of flat-screen TVs to catch a game or even play a game yourself. (which we did by playing a game of Bags in the backroom - which is a nice touch)
The bartender was a cute girl with a nice personality, so I was hoping the Bloody Mary was likewise. While it did have a nice kick, the drink itself had a very strong "tomato" taste, which if you know from previous reviews, is something I really can do without. It came with a pickle & 2 olives, but it could have used some much needed horseradish to further cut the tomato taste.
That said, I liked the fact that it came in a White Sox glass, and the bar was definitely a place I could see myself going to in the future. If I do though, I'll be sticking to just beer & cocktails...
